Statutory Warranty Rights

The statutory warranty (guarantee) does not apply in the following cases:

  • Normal, product-specific wear and tear

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Intensive use

  • Improper use

  • Damage or defects caused by a fall, misuse, or lack of care

  • In the event of damage caused by improper cleaning or by washing that is generally not recommended by the manufacturer.

Immediately upon receipt, inspect the product—while it is still in new condition—for any material or workmanship defects!
